Online portal access provides up-to-date announcements, electronic notifications, online payment options, inquiry submission service (alias: service request), and library resources.
The Kincora Residents Association HOA fees are not optional. The account balance is the responsibility of the current owner.
These documents should have been reviewed by your real estate agent and/or lawyer. Clearing previous account balances and updating account contact information is completed during the sale/ purchase process.
