Although the Kincora Residents Association (KRA) shares a similar name to the Kincora Community Association (KCA), the KRA does not share the same boundary or serve the same purpose.
All owners, within the red outline area as shown in the Boundary Map, are members of the KRA.
An encumbrance exists on all buildings, detached & multi-family units within the KRA boundary. The encumbrance outlines the non-optional, annual payment required.
