Kincora Residents Association History

Located in the Northwest quadrant of Calgary, Alberta, the Kincora Residents Association (KRA) was established by APEX Builders Group to provide ongoing maintenance and landscaping for the public green spaces, entrance feature and other unique amenities within the KRA boundary.

The KRA is a non-profit organization. This is accomplished through the collection of a non-optional annual fee and agreements with the City of Calgary.

There has been no increase to the annual fee since 2002 inception.

The KRA is governed by our owner/residents who volunteer their time for the betterment of the community, along with Simco Management for day-to-day property management.
